Mission

Our desire is to offer a personal rendition of Czech cuisine with an innovative approach and preparation along the lines of French cuisine. We want to revive the original way of cooking from local and seasonal ingredients that are kind to the environment, distinctive in taste, beneficial to health and also supports local farms and farmers.

For our customers we want to create a romantic and relaxing place for important moments in life by offering the best culinary services we can provide in a cozy and friendly environment.

Our goal is to be the restaurant with the largest share of local and seasonal ingredients in Prague.

We believe in a business that is sustainable. We make full use of all raw materials, consume only as much energy as needed, sort waste and protect the environment in every possible way for the future of ourselves and our children.
