The old year is mercilessly coming to an end and so we have prepared New Year celebrations in the Restaurant BLUE WAGON at Prague Vinohrady, near by city center. In addition to the award-winning Prosecco from Merotto, our Chef M. Janousek created a special menu, along with canapés, which will be available throughout the evening. Music will accompany you in the style of 80' and 90' and, of course, helpful and friendly staff.

We have prepared for you:

Welcome drink:

  • Prosecco „Fondatore“ D.O.C.G. Brut

Starter:

  • Croquettes with smoked salmon and salmon caviar

Amuse bouche

Main course:

  • Tournedos of beef tenderloin with vegetable mosaic

Dessert:

  • Fruity orange, pear and lemon chocolate

Fingerfood during the whole evening and night

  • Canapés with avocado and crayfish
  • Tiger prawns poached in olive oil
  • Cherry tomatoes with a long-drawn turkey breast
  • Spicy roast beef with asparagus
