CHRISTMAS EVE IN BLUE WAGON
Christmas is a holiday of peace, comfort and joy with family and friends. And of course we will be happy to meet you on Christmas 25th of December 2015, when you can enjoy not only the moments of comfort and entertainment, but also a 5 course Christmas menu. We are open from 17.00 to 23.00.

- Parfait of duck liver with Cumberland sauce and brioche
- Pheasant broth with grilled pheasant breast
- Quail breast with peas and puree from muscat pumpkin
- Fallow deer saddle with sauce from cardamom and plantation chocolates Los Palmaritos, potatoes au gratin
- Ganage of orange, pear and lemon chocolate with raspberry sugar
We will also recommend you the perfect wine from our wide range of wines and of course Christmas music will do the rest. You can also choose from our regular menu A la carte.
