Dear guests. Although the right spring still wait a bit for us in the restaurant BLUE WAGON we made sure that we brought the smell of spring right up under your nose.
Spring menu are prepared mainly from regional ingredients that are truly fresh and seasonal. Like last season, we provide Czech, freshwater fishes. In case of Brook trout with kefir, turnip, garlic foam and dill bonbon, this comes from an area of Jeseniky Mountains in North Moravia.
As always, you will find completely new flavor combinations, accompanied by spring freshness and nice foodstyling. We will be happy if you visit us again and be spoiled by our attentive and friendly staff.
