1. Amuse bouche

- Prawn, mango, coconut, passion fruit

2. Cold starter

- Stracciatella, green asparagus, basil, green olive ice cream, champagne vinegar

3. Hot starter

- New Zealand mussels with salsa verde and French baguette

4. Main Course

- Veal back, asparagus risoto, parmegiano regiano, strong veal juice

5. Dessert

- White chocolate, white asparagus, raspberries, rhubarb, chocolate crumble, crumbs of butter biscuits
